Every Monday morning at 7:30, everone showed me their smile and energy to go through the week. Hashizume-san, Suehara-san, Thank you for your constant attendance.

It was my last day of teaching in Japan.   Since I started to work at Studio Yoggy, I have had wonderful people such as these three.  Special special people.  I can't appreciate enough for all of you.

Pilates Festa was held on 4th of May, which was one day before the US's Pilates day. The first class was " Discovery Pilates: Contemporary & Classical" , collaboration of me and Ikuko.  With a little bit of history, we mixed the both style, Stott & Power Pilates.
